How to ask us to delete your data

1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Send it from the email address you used with us, or tell us the account, username or page we should look for.
3. We confirm we have your request, then delete what we hold and tell you when it is done — all within 30 days.

Delete your account yourself

You can delete your account from inside the Wanderlore player or partner app, in your account settings. It removes your account and what is stored with it, and it cannot be undone.

What we delete

• Messages and correspondence linked to your email address.
• Your account and the data stored with it.
• Analytics records we can link to you. Clearing your cookies also ends the link between your browser and earlier visits.
• Anything else we hold that identifies you.

What we may keep

Records the law requires us to keep, for the period it requires them; and totals and statistics that no longer identify anyone.
